Default Pioneer speakerset, good choice for lossless? New at buying speakers, please help

These speakers and subwoofer are also available seperately, plan on buying 2 more speakers later on to make my 7.1 complete.

http://www.pioneer.co.uk/eur/product...-II/index.html

Price is at about 850 euro's from an internetshop.

Are these speaker's good for Lossless audio? When buying new speakers and subwoofer, at what features must I look at?

I am new at buying speakers, please help.

Thanks
