Hmm, looking over at http://bluray.liesinc.net/index.php?region=b it looks like Kinowelt's release of Saw is region free, and that's the only disc listed for them. Have they released anything else? If so, is it all region free?

Yes - any SD extras will be in PAL.

Is it wrong that I kind of secretly hope that its region locked so that others won't be able to enjoy it?

I just think its nice when a country/territory actually has an exclusive release.

What about the french Bluray, is it scheduled for a release soon cause I'd be interested.
The french version being the uncut one and the longest with 136 minutes ...

This is one of my favorite movies of all time and is officially part of my top shelf non-alphabetized portion of my movie collection.

It was also the second date (December 6th 1994) I ever had with my all time favorite ex-girlfriend.

Good times...good times.

(maybe we'll get a criterion edition)
