You can make it Billy-Bob-Thorton certified for all I care..... last time I checked, they're still Onkyo speakers...... sometimes old dogs learn new tricks, but I'd believe it when I see it.....

bottom line, you're over paying with any HTIB

True, but..but..but.. they have their own tweeters! That's gotta count for something, right? And it's a 12" sub! From Onkyo of all companies!

Interesting, but until I see a review or better yet, hear it for myself - I'm still a skeptic. I could still put together a better system. I actually think that I have a better system

Onkyo hasn't been in the High-End speaker business in over 20 years. This and another set of speakers are their first offerings in speaker realm in a while. Hmmmm ... still skeptical - that's part of the reason they left the speaker business - they didn't do it very well.
