My only regret is the digibook, but that is a personal preference.

Any idea if this will have better video/audio than the one in the Trilogy boxset?

Awesome artwork by the way, cheers for the link.

AWesome cover!!! Thank god is white. I have had enough of the green and black. I kinda want the other 2 movies to come like this. Still not sold on the digibooks but i did buy a blu movie in a plastic Ironman mask.

This I think is a blind buy, the other two are really...a waste of plastic IMO.

I believe you meant to say "fresh" this movie has so many different editions with the same looking cover/colors. This is a welcome change

great to see this movie is getting a new cover for the blu. it's cool that so many movies are getting different covers than their dvd counterparts; really makes the new format stand out more

I hope the regular edition is going to come out with just a regular blu-ray disc, maybe a slip cover. I hate digibooks / steelbooks, or whatever they're called. I hate them with a passion. In fact, it's the complete reason why I've avoided Shawshanke Redemption. I don't want a big ol' book sticking out in my collection. Yes, I'm picky.

From my take on it it's just the first one wiht a remake cover and apprantly some more extra's and insider stuff. Can't really believe ther's things in it that I don't already know but I 'll still be getting both the new one that just came out and that one in march just for my colection.

No, I'll be hanging around to buy this version, thank you very much.

I've always liked Warner's digibooks. The photos and binding are well done, and it brings something fresh to the packaging.

I really don't like Keannu Reaves and have a problem with the sci fi story behind Matrix, but there's no denying the special effects and audio mix make it fun and a unique HT experience. I can skip II and III.

Would you like to join my Obsessive Compulsive Army?

PS, if this gets a slipcase, I may reconsider, because then it will still look somewhat uniform.
