Smile Any one have Point Break?

A quick question i have Casino,Dawn OF the Dead,Dark Knight,Semi Pro,Step Brothers To Name a few that i have tat i like the picture and the sound. Point Break,King Of New York ,Hostel, 300,And Super Bad not To Blue Especially Point Break I love that Move and the 1080p wasnt there on a lot of scenes. Old boy Blew them away in my opinion as did Forbidden Kingdom, Sara Marshall ,Casino Royal were way beter then Point Break. Any one no what im talking about?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think what your trying to say here is that you don't think the PQ of Point Break is very good? Also, I'm guessing here as well....that when you stated "not To Blue" you mean not up to BR standards? Oh and if that is the case....there is no "e" in Blu-ray.

I just watched it and agree. Both the PQ and SQ aren't up to most standards but it is an older movie. The problem I had was disc-skips and a very slow initial read. I'm returning it and getting a different copy tomorrow.

You realize that slow initial read is not the disc but your player right? Skips could also be because of your player.

I don't have Point Break, but i do know what you're talking about. I used to have both Hostel movies and 28 days later and none were very impressive. I took them to my local FYI and sold them. Since I bought all 3 used I got most of my money back so no harm done. Now I know to read reviews, usually on this site, and read carefully the back of the case to see what the audio specs are.

I have it and the movie is one of my all-time favorites. The PQ and the SQ are pretty good, but they could be a lot better.
