Rating Galleries - Blu-ray Forum

Just a suggestion, If someone has ratings disabled on their gallery or doesn't have any pictures in their gallery, they shouldn't be able to rate other galleries

I agree. It would cut down on a lot of the "revenge" ratings..... where you say something in a forum that somone disagrees with (or just make a joke that they take the wrong way.... had that one happen to me) so they just go to your gallery and give it a trash rating. It would also all but eliminate those who are creating fake accounts so they can rate their own galleries very high and the galleries of others very low..... just to boost themselves in the list. There'd be less lowballs for the mods to have to clean up.
