or if you STILL didn't wanna risk it, you can email them at webmaster@playstation.sony.com

or call 1-800-345-7669 the site im looking at says you can call monday thru saturday 6 am-8 pm or sundays 7:30 am- 6 pm

your welcome, sorry i could not respond earlier (all the isp servers were down in my town)
but either way is fine even if you do it on the ps3 your password will not be deleted. I forgot to mention I tried it before I told you.
