the only actresses/actors that come to mind is Drew Barrymore as I have seen most of her movies but not all of them.

Another actor that comes to mind is Will Smith. I've watched most of his movies too.

There are no actors and/or actresses whom I always say "yes" to with regard to watching all of their films. There are certainly a few directors (Stanley Kubrick, Quentin Tarantino, Christopher Nolan, David Fincher to name four), who I follow and go to see all of their films, but to me it makes no sense to follow movie stars because no matter who they are, invariably they make several bad flicks.

Sure a great director can make a so-so film every now and then, but I think if you have a love for a certain director's film's you generally know what you'll be getting even before you show up to view the film. Either way, I think (for me, at least) it's always better to go by a film's director than who's in front of the camera.

There are 2-3 Jessica Chastain movies I haven't seen, but of the rest of her filmography I can't say that any of them are even close to "bad."
