Great, just bought the Exotic gauntlet engram, and I got No Backup Plans for my Titan. I just got those last week. Uggghhhh.

Hmm, that very well could be true. But I already have it, and it's relegated to my 2nd character. Don't really use it too often, so I wasn't stoked to see it on sale.

Generally, in terms of gear, you're going to need at least 13 strange coins since armor is usually that much and weapons range from 17 (special) and 23 (primary)

Looks like I'm finally going to get Plan C. Adding to my exotics collection.

Plan C is an awesome arc fusion rifle. Charge rate is fast. I use it all the time. It's one of those guns I always put into the vault to give to the other guardians. I take it to the VOG and interchange it with Ice Breaker, which sucks for close combat. If you play PvP, you will notice yourself getting destroyed by Plan C frequently enough, and it's nice because you get bonus damage fired from the hip, which is just as good as seeing radar looking down sight. It was the first exotic I got, during week one of the game, from a random Tiger Strike drop. That alone endears me to it. For those just getting it, enjoy.

In PvP, guys tend to carry it and switch to it to use it, since it charges nearly instantly when you just switch to it, making it a great desperation weapon, too.

Otherwise, I'm only buying telemetry today. My titan and warlock already have exotic chestpieces available, and titan can't use them anyway. They also already have exotic gauntlets, and titan can't use them. I really wanted heavy synths.

I don't think it regenerates ammo unless it's fully upgraded. The only weapon that I know that can do that is the Ice Breaker.

It says it regenerates over time, but it is right before the final damage upgrades

Nice! I never read all the available upgrades until I actually need to and what the require, but I'm halfway there to fully upgrading this one I think.

After playing enough alongside you and your Plan C, I knew I had to get one someday. I bought two, along with several telemetry packs.

Question for any regarding telemetries: do they only increase your XP while using the weapon, or do they also increase XP when you turn in bounties, accept Vangurad and Cryptarch packages, etc.?

I only use telemetries when turning in bounties and accepting packages, which I try to do all at once, once per day per guardian. And when weapons and armor get close to maxed, I check after each bounty to see if I need to swap something out for another. I don't bother with them during missions. Certain missions, though, like today's Heroic Story would be okay, since you can pause to equip whatever you want right before destroying the shrine and use the appropriate telemetry. But during missions I don't always want to use the weapons and armor that I am working on.

Now that I think of it, it would have been smarter to do all my bounties before doint the daily. Use the telemetries right before finishing the daily, then go right away and turn in bounties.
