Makes sense. Most audiences have pretty much forgotten the first Woman in Black by this point, and I don't think there was any interest in a sequel. Hobbit's got good legs and it should lead the weekend.

I think it's more of a conceptual sequel than a narrative sequel. Those are usually tough sells.
