However, that same seller sold 3 copies for $80 each which i suspect is the maximum quantity available for preorder? What really is the shocker is the seller states in his description that the new preorder is already sold out and out of print? The preorder is 2 days away still, talk about fraud, that is just sad.Check it out for your amusement or disgrace.

Actually he's correct. It is oop.. Its just not out of STOCK. The minute TT presses a set its no longer in print.
Oh. And he closed the listing and relisted at $120. Its a matter of Symantec's but it works. People do pre orders like that all the time |

I feel Herzog's 1979 remake of Nosferatu (the 1922 original also a very good film) to be a strong candidate for the all-time best vampire film. Certainly the most artful, in any case. But Fright Night and Lost Boys are definitely up there, both great. Come to think of it, there are lots of good vampire movies. I've always felt vampires have done much better film-wise than werewolves, zombies and most other creatures with roots in myth and folklore.

I mostly agree with the second bolded statement. Though there are a couple of werewolf films that I think are equal in quality to Fright Night, Bram Stoker's Dracula, and The Lost Boys: The Howling, Silver Bullet, An American Werewolf in London, and The Company of Wolves. I'm definitely going to make it a point to watch the Nosferatus within the next month. I would hate to be missing out on them if they're truly as good (and I believe they probably are) as every one says they are. |
