I was not aware of that thread; my apologies.

Yes, the April 14th Blu-ray of THE CRIMSON CULT has been postponed - We will announce the NEW Street Date as soon we have one.

Sorry to disappoint, but it will be rescheduled.

I think the KINO-CANNON Collection has a nice ring to it. A set featuring Bronson and Norris titles.

I recall there being a kerfuffle about the North American rights to Solaris. RUSCICO put out a DVD prior to Criterion releasing it, and they were trying to block Criterion's release, but Criterion had licensed the title prior to RUSCICO's release, so Criterion had the rights in North America, and RUSCICO couldn't officially distribute it in the States (though one could get it directly from them as an import, which I had done).
Thanks for the info. Hopefully, one of them will release an upgrade!

Lightening up April a bit is not a bad thing. Hope the delay isn't very long for this one.

Warner owns it. It was one of the pre-1986 MGM titles that were purchased by Ted Turner.

No need to apologize to anyone, mate. Just pointing it out

The first post in that thread is in need of an update, though.

I wonder when the Tales of Terror will be up for pre-order on Amazon. Figured it should be soon now.

I'm really excited about this, The Premature Burial, and X-The Man with the X-Ray Eyes.

After recently rewatching a bunch of the Vincent Price/Roger Corman films that Scream Factory released on bluray - I actually just bought all three of these movies on dvd. I wanted the two other Corman/Poe flicks to fill in the missing gaps in my collection and I hadn't seen X in several years and was in the mood for it....I hadn't yet found the time to watch them and then they were all three announced for blu-ray! Kind of a waste of money on the dvds now - but oh well.

I'm hoping soon, though I can't figure out why it matters so much to me, haha. It won't make the day come any faster, and I wouldn't really want it to anyway.

No....-Mr Lime said on the Home Theater Forum that "Invasion USA" will be released by Fox in the future and "Firewalker" will be released by another studio.

As far as the Bronson movies he said that most of the movies he did with Cannon are mostly with other studios.

That means that "Ten to Midnight", Murphy´s Law. Assassination, Messenger of Death, Kinjite-Forbidden Subjects will not be released by Kino Lorber or maybe only 1 or 2 titles.

That´s what Mr Lime said......

I've had 7 Kino titles in my cart at Deep Discount for a week... waiting for their discount code (which always magically pops up when I give up and buy titles) this time I'm stubbornly waiting...

Better than nothing! Norris at his absolutely brutal best. Watched this at a local theater the other night with some buddies. So much action!

Yup, I'm considering getting The Long Goodbye and River's Edge to go along with the Hudsucker Proxy (all blind buys) for about $45.

Hero and the Terrible?

I was hoping the last Chuck title would be Delta Force 2 (now that we know Fox still has Invasion USA).

So, who has the Bronson films then?

Thanks for the heads up! I think I'll pull the trigger on THE PARTY, THE GREAT TRAIN ROBBERY, and MARTY. At least. They also give 2.5% back via Ebates.
