You are probably right, thanks to Mr. Lucas who gives a shit what Fans really want and who is rather torturing the original movies to death by putting out special editions which are nice, but people want the originals as well.

Then they are offended that nobody buys the latest repacked special edition, even if they are packed with a non anamorphic old school transfer of the originals...

Come one guys, this really sucks...

They must be out of their mind. Why can't they just do it right?
