Batman told Harvey he was wasting time trying to get information from Tetch about the Joker's location. This happened after the mayor's failed assassination attempt when Batman lectured Harvey about not compromising his morals. The scene ends when Batman says he will turn himself in at tomorrow's press conference to bow down to the Joker's demands. Harvey responds by yelling, "don't do it!"
