HD-DVD needs new exclusive titles

Pleace correct the lists if I'm wrong!

I went through a list of upcoming movies the only very BIG HITS I could find are these:

Universal:
The Bourne Ultimatum
Evan Almighty
Peaceful worrier

Weinstein company:
Grindhouse

Will this be the death of HD-DVD? Maybe not, but Blu-ray has a much better selection for the whole family. Luckily for HD-DVD Warner and Paramount has some new titles like Transformers, Zodiac, TMNT, Shooter and 300 that will not come only in Blu-ray.


The Blu-ray camp has these new exclusive titles.

Fantastic Four - Rise of the silver surfer
The Simpsons Movie

Live free or Die Hard (Die Hard 4)

I'd like to see Grindhouse but not for it's HD. The movie was intentionally marred. I'd just want it in blu-ray because I don't want to buy regular DVD's.

Ive seen a trailer for it in HD. Its in the desert..yea that what I said..>WHAT?!?!, but I think its gonna be awesome. Anything with Milla Jovovich is awesome!

You forgot Surfs Up from sony, that is going to do really well!

I think Evan almighty will do ok in the box office but just looking at the trailers, that movie looks like its going to blow.
As for the Bourne series, I've only seen the first one and it was good. But I still laugh a little when I see Matt Damon kick ass because i still think of matt damon in oceans 11 and team america. "Matt Damon !"
Also, the Resident Evil series isn't that great imo.

Fox will greatly redeem themselves with the blu-ray supporters if they release all those movies

yup coming in sept sometime. i use www.movies.com (click on new and coming) to view upcoming previews they have stuff all the way in to 2009 and also stuff already out

That release will do quite well to quench the thirst of those of us who want Pixar and Dreamworks animation titles

First Resident Evil was good. Second one kinda sucked. Interested in seeing a trailer for the 4th if anyone has a link?

The Bourne series umm, should have ended with the first one. I did not realize they were making yet another one?? Eeek.
