Mono is not necessarily "lossy". We have the right to demand high audio quality regardless of the number of channels.

Robin Hood was apparently Dolby Digital Plus on HD-DVD. It would make no sense to release a Blu-Ray with LOWER audio quality. On a BD-50 there is no good reason not to release this with lossless sound (20 extra gigs should allow for a lossless single channel audio stream.
