This is where her arguments lost me. The game never makes any of the assumptions she does in her blog. Instead it just describes the princess as 'fat' due to being constantly fed (not genetics or thyroid issues, mind you).

The 'men' in the game are absolutely enamored with her regardless of her new found weight condition and, in fact, are willing to lay down their lives for her.

This woman's argument towards the game is ill-conceived, frankly. The game doesn't demean obese people at all, but quite the opposite. It re-inforces the fact that many people did _not_ have a choice about becoming fat (the princess was force fed, for example) and as such can not control it so we should not descriminate against them for it (hence the 'men' risking life and limb to save the princess regardless). She is also assuming that men do not like obese women. Although I personally have a penchant for the slender, I can state without reservation that I do have male friends who prefer some 'junk in the trunk' sort-of-speak.

In fact, the things this person adds through assumption would actually indicate that she is mad at herself for being fat and hates being fat. She is angry at the world because she can't belittle herself without deeper remorse. Clearly, this blog writer has become fat by her own hand and is resentful of it and blames society, to a degree, for making the things available to her that allowed her to make herself fat. She is simply scapegoating onto the game for a condition she herself created.

Interesting psychology in that blog. Very interesting.
