2.42 available, I don't know what it does yet. Probably some minor fix.

Um do you not do any online game or play any games that connect servers at all?

How do you plan on playing any games without updating isnt it required?

just finished downloading it and i dont notice anything different. probably just added additional stability for PS1 titles ect....

Was the NASA model of earth always in Folding @ Home? It seems to be Life with Playstation without the weather and news.

yeah thats been like that. i checked Folding@ home just to make sure LWP wasn't included with. and it wasnt. F@H is the same as before

It might be an update to prepare for Life with Playstation. I'm thinking to get into Life with Playstation it you would see the Icon only when you are logged into the PSN. Since everything is in real time. The update would only be needed for say simple things like rotating the globe etc. Everything else would need to be updated and made available on sony's servers. In other words this is half of the update for LWP. ...Just a guess though.

Damn! still no LWP! i was happy as hell when i seen the prompt to update. like running downstairs on christmas and opening up your gift only to find out its just a pack of socks!
