It's a new expansion or booster pack that is supposed to come out with the trophy support update (I believe) for 1.5. There was some hidden message in Dylan's post and when you highlighted it and clicked it, it led you to an image of a feather. Of course, that kind of hint is hardly helpful.

I bought it for $30 awhile back, and then I sold it off again.

I wasn't playing it for the longest time, it was a really good game too.

Now that the greatest hits are here, I can't wait to pick up my copy.

Hero Mode is cool (I especially like it on small maps with lots of people for just total chaos.)
Collection Mode can be cool if you have a good team.

Not sure when you sold your game but they've added items like the wrench (to fix jeeps/tanks/airplanes) and health packets (throw it and release a chemical that heals you and depletes the enemies health) - and of course the new maps and vehicles (which are part of expansion packs you have to buy).

Had a good time last night too. I think I got 3 flag captures 1 game. Though in 1 game we captured every zone, had them pinned down, everyone was going after the flag and we captured it. Same scenario for trying to get it the second time and it was like everyone of my team quit. Don't know if they actually quite or not but we started losing zones, there was not enough of us to capture the flag since they had a billion players at the base and we ended up losing 5 -3. I never did figure out what happened. Oh well.

Heh, same here...except I bought it when it first came out.

Check Gamestop, they dropped the used price to $24.99 because of the Greatest Hits. That's what I did.

Guess not, I have my filter on to only show rooms I can get in, but a lot of times you guys are in rooms I can't get in. One of the drawbacks to being elite.

I would have messaged you, but I know it's hard to drop out of a game. Especially when your doing good and still have 20 minutes left, ect. I usually don't bother someone if their in a game already. I just join my own game, and maybe check back to see if I can join. (If was just a case of the room being full.)

But it does get annoying when all my buddies are in rooms I can't join.

Canada is so delayed, i've called a few EB Games and they have the GH's sku's in their system, but they didn't recieve the copies yet, and they haven't dropped the price on used ones either.

You could always download it (I think it's $30 in the PSN store). But you wouldn't be able to bring the game anywhere or sell it again.

I have no plans on getting rid of my Warhawk game, so I really enjoy not having to load a disk and just starting it up from the XMB.

I heard 2.4 now allows Warhawk DL version to be played under sub accounts .. instead of just the master/owner account. Is that true? Can you confirm if that has changed or is it still just the master/owner account only?

I absoutely hate the idea of digital download.

I always want a disk copy of my games, I guess it makes me feel, safer.

Makes my gaming library look bigger too

The digital version also has restrictions around which account can play the game. That one may have been lifted .. depending on Cymbol's response to my query above.

You also can't play it on more than one console within a 24-hour period.. in case you have multiple units.

It also does not support LAN play if your into LAN parties.

All of the above are non-issues with the disc version.

This was the response I got back from Vektar in another forum about this. (I had to ask, cause I don't utilize sub-accounts and I only have one PS3 at the moment.

you sure can thats how i use my other account in warhawk, as long as you have the master account active on the system you can use the sub account

It looks like they "fixed" it or changed their policy.

Well that makes the DL stuff (that's also available on Blu-ray) a bit more equal/appealing. No sub account support was a showstopper for us.

P.S. You could create a sub-account and use it for some real "stealth" attacks on fellow clan members .. leaving them wondering why the hell cy237383 is hunting them so relentlessly.

I cannot believe I sold off my Warhawk before!

I just finished playing a nice long session of it, and I swear I was screaming at my tv ('YOU'LL NEVER GET MY ZONE!')

I was playing Zones and no matter how badly the other team tried, they could not capture the zone that I was protecting, I had such a great strategy going!

I am in love all over again! haha
