Lee Van Cleef is speaking English with his own voice on the English track, while Giuliano Gemma is speaking Italian with his own voice on the Italian one, and lip-sync suggests that approx. half the cast were speaking English on set while the rest were speaking something else (Italian, Spanish or German, most likely).

So it's entirely up to you.

The same goes for the upcoming The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Miss Osbourne: do you want Patrick Magee in his native English or Howard Vernon in his native French?

If the majority of the cast aren't even speaking Italian anyway I might see just how bad the English dubbing is and perhaps go with that if it's bearable. If not, Italian it is.
