Default Anyone else get the Warner survey?

I made sure to mention that I'd never use their store again under any circumstances, and that I don't purchase their discs at all, unless they come with lossless audio.

I did the same. Well, actually I didn't say that I would never order from them again. I told them that I would consider ordering from them again if they improve customer service and shipping time. Specifically I mentioned the mess they create if you try to cancel or modify your order. Also told them that I want lossless whenever possible, and that I no longer purchase S-DVD, only Blu-ray.

Yeah I did the survey and I agree with X400 that they should have allowed comments. I would have gone off about the sporadic use of lossless sound, and DNR'd to death video. Glad I don't order from their store, I've read many bad things about them.

There were two spots in there that gave the option to leave a comment and both times I said their Blu-ray tansfers are poor.

I basically said I shop there for price but their customer service was abysmal. If the prices weren't considerably less than most other online vendors I would never use their site. I also said they need to allow a customer to cancel preorders online.

Got the Survey and where there was space for comments I mentioned they needed to take full advantage of the abilities of Blu-ray and start giving us some great transfers and great audio!

I said Not again, and for a reason I put shipping time, customer service and then wrote in the little box CS again.
