Not usually a big fan of 50's style sci-fi but will keep my eye on these.

Wow! Great news! They look like Digibooks, which is awesome!

I have never seen Son of Kong, and don't know anything about it, but if it does turn out to be a Digibook, I'll get, rather buying the 20,000 ...and Mighty Joe Young separately. Them! sounds like fun too.

Way to go WB!!!

Please have good DNR free transfers and lossless audio, as well as tons of special features.....

EDIT: When can we pre-order?

Wait, are these all separate or two double features?

I hope that if it's the latter Son and Mighty are together since I don't have either.

All separate, plus a set with all of them.

These are great announcements and it is good to see volume one on the Hammer collection spine. Means there is hope for the titles left out to appear in the future.

Both say "collectable packaging." Will the set include features or booklets that the standalone releases won't have?

It's the book-style packaging they're referring to. It might have writing on the "pages" that have the disc slots

Already own the King Kong Digi, so this works out great for me. I can finally retire my Kong Collection on DVD. Kind of odd they didn't package them all together in one set though. Looking forward to Them! and Beast as well. C'mon October .....

The Thing from Another World, in a set with The Black Scorpion? Yes please. I wouldn't say no to Gwangi and Behemoth being included either.

Do you have some kind of inside info or are you just speculating? Either way, I'd love to see it released on BD.

I HAVE heard. I dont blow smoke, prior to some contrary belief . The Thing information came from Warner Archive themselves actually. The Hammer II info was shared on a Facebook page that I read, but the titles I heard were not, so thats all i can share.
