Probably without extras though, because I think SF produced all of the extras on their disc.

MisterLime indicated that it was with another label, when I recently asked in the Kino thread. I assumed that meant Shout Factory had it, but I guess Olive or Twilight Time are possibilities...

EBHE has the DVD rights, at least, since they have current releases of Prom Night and Prom Night II out.

Oh, that's right. I had forgotten about that.

If Shout! Factory had it, I'm thinking it probably would've been announced at Comic-Con.

I think we can narrow it down further, because, IIRC, Mister Lime said that Eight Men Out and Lady in White were with two separate labels. I'm thinking Scream for LiW and Twilight Time for the latter. Olive are about the only other realistic candidate.

Tell you what.. let's stir the pot a little bit...

We know that Shout Factory has The Deadly Mantis and Devilfish per the MST3K DVD releases, and obviously they have the AIP Arkoff titles that are with AMC Networks (War of the Colossal Beast, The Undead, The She Creature, etc)

I dont know about the rest of the collectors but I for one would love Scream or Shout, it does not matter which, would release these on blu ray minus the MST3K treatment. I love these film with or without the MST3K versions. Im actually concerned those at Shout might sit on these titles once they release them in MST3K Volumes and I would rather not have that happen. Those AIP titles do have HD masters as well. Id love an AIP blu ray set with Day the World Ended, the Undead, Earth vs the Spider, War of the Colossal Beast, The She Creature, Viking Women and the Sea Serpent and Teenage Caveman ! Shout may be our last hope to release them in HD !! And yes The Deadly Mantis and Devilfish too would be A+ in HD IMHO !
I know they read these threads.. and I hope they consider my idea.

AIP blu-rays, uhh Yeahhhhhhh. Would love to see, It Conquered the World, The She Creature, I was a Teenage Werewolf, Invasion of the Saucermen, The Amazing Colossal Man, I was a Teenage Frankenstein, Attack of the Puppet People, How to make a Monster, Day the World Ended, War of the Colossal Beast, Night of the Blood Beast, The Undead, Earth vs. the Spider, The Angry Red Planet, The Brain Eaters ! Those would make for some great "50's Drive-In" double feature blu-rays - you listening Scream Factory ............... lol.

so glad to see this released solo.... now all I need is the H20 blu released on it's own to complete my Halloween series collection

I stubbornly refuse to own (or even watch) Resurrection....

If you enjoyed Deadly Blessing I believe you're safe.

Well they do read these pages. Some AIP titles are with Susan Hart and thats a brick wall right now, but that could one day change

Fear Itself has a DVD release, the packaging sucks. I remember getting it at Walmart for $10 many years ago.

Question: If Lionsgate owns the rights to the producer's cut of Halloween 6 (which I'm assuming since Lionsgate is putting out the standalone blu-ray), does that mean there's a chance Scream Factory could potentially get some Lionsgate titles since they used H6 for their box set?

My understanding is Miramax owns Halloween 6. They licensed it to Echo Bridge, then Shout, now Lionsgate. So no, as of right now, SF can't get Lionsgate titles.

Shout bought the printed disc of Halloween 6 - Part 6 was always with Miramax -Lionsgate.

Huh? That would mean the upcoming release from Lionsgate would have the extras from the SF release. Since SF produced (and paid) for the extras, I don't think that's likely, especially at the low MSRP Liongate is selling their release for.
