If you've ever seen hoarders, this sounds very familiar. It's all about the thrill of the hunt for some people. Seeking, getting the deal, the rush at the point of purchase. The wanting is better than the having. At least he's organized ,I'll give him that. Most hoarders have their stuff in piles.
