Cool cover art. The added map is a nice touch, as well as the font on the blu-ray banner. Maybe I'll pick it up if it drops in price for Black Friday.

I still can't believe it comes with "nearly an hour of deleted scenes."

The designer who made that cover should be fired. "Hmm... TFIOS has clouds. This is a John Green book, needs more clouds!" If I can find some good images of Cara (or do some screenshots or composites) I'll be designing a custom cover in the style of the book's original cover (with Margot's two faces and the yellow background.) Great extra package from the sounds of it and in terms of the film itself it's a better adaptation than TFIOS.

I was hoping this movie would be good, and I do know people like it, but it was easily the worst film I've seen so far this year. I didn't like any of the characters at all, especially Margo. Cool packaging, though.

couldn't agree more. One of the worst movies I have ever seen (thank god it was a free screening) and Cara is a horrific actress! This was just bad bad bad bad bad bad bad!

Interestingly it looks like the UK is only getting the "Paper Journey Edition" with the map on DVD. Now it's on a regular Blu-Ray just not the special packaging from this release.

Amazon is taking Fox preorders again, but this title is no longer even listed and it's also not available for preorder from Best Buy.

Just received an email from Amazon stating that they have cancelled my preorder due to "a lack of availability." I was also going to purchase Me, Earl, and the Dying Girl this week, but I noticed that it too is unavailable from Amazon. Anyone know what's going on with Amazon and Fox titles?

They still haven't settled their stupid dispute.

I've been giving BB a lot of my money lately but my free shipping on any order ends at the end of the year, so I sure hope they settle it by then.

That said, my BB orders have come either on release day or the day before, so that's gone well.

Me, Earl and the Dying Girl arrived today and I'm sure I'll be ordering Paper Towns from them too, unless the dispute ends soon, which is probably unlikely.

Amazon's dispute with Fox is working out well for me, because Best Buy has had terrific release day prices on pretty much everything I've wanted since this crap started between the two companies.

Really look forward to this, especially since it got a great review during the What The Flick episode, with reviewers who are more my age and if they thought this was really good, then I'm pretty positive that I will too.
