Yeah mine is the same,

Says Preparing to Ship on order status online, but email says it's backordered and would ship "Between 9/16 and 10/7"

Thank you for this. I thought I was the only one and we obviously cannot just go in for an exchange. They also apparently do not have any set aside for damaged ones when I called the 800 number.

Well, I managed to get in on the online order side of things, and the Steelbook just shipped.



As for this whole business: What an ordeal... What a lovely ordeal !!!

That's exactly how the one I picked up yesterday looks. Dent is pretty much in the same exact place too! Fortunately, they forgot to charge me for the 3D copy I picked up as well. I will accept this as penance.
