All one would have to do is look for the 4k on the case? It didn't seem to confuse people with 3D as you can clearly see where it's marked 3D on cases.

"Ultra 4K" / "Blu-ray 3D" / "Blu-ray" / "Digital"

Seems like it would be easy to distinguish. Maybe add a minimalist flare to the 4k to signal it's presence like an orange [orange goes good with blue as an accent imo/or white, or silver] halo or something, or the 4k in a different color or just "ultra" and add a little flare or color to that. Utilizing so much change to the point the entirety is switched seems unnecessary to me, the black/silver theme is hideous in it's cliche and basic try hard -ness.
