Another boring episode. The zombies on these series are dull. I don't buy the downfall at all. Just makes no sense.

*Starts watching Season 6 of TWD and realizes that the zombies are doing the same boring thing as FTW*

I mean they aren't going to run so they are going to be dull. They just eat and eat and die.

Last 3 episodes were a vast improvement on the 1st 3. Really liked the finale and I think introducing Strand in a way that you don't know if he is gonna be your favorite character on the show or the next Governor was brilliant.

Fantastic season finale! All those army guys, and helicopters and not one grenade or missile in the bunch?
Definitely like Claire saying to head East! Would love to see this group meet up with Rick & co.
Not sure if it's been announced, but I hope S2 receives the 13 episode bump up, like TWD S2 did.

Can...not...wait!!

Imo the finale was just another meh episode. If they continue with the same families and stories then I won't continue watching it unless there is nothing else on.
Having the characters move to so many main locations and half of the season inside a protected area made it seem weak. To me the whole plot looks like it was stitched between different origins stories they thought it might work.

We clearly are watching different shows, because the finale I watched last night was action packed & intense!

Anyway, can't wait for next season!

Above is what I am grading S1 of FEAR. The finale rescued the season from falling into the C&D grade category. There were a lot of likes about the finale and a number of dislikes, it’s mostly technical stuff that really made no sense that can be corrected with writing. The writing is sloppy, convenient and lazy at times.
[Show spoiler]Daniel’s reprehensible act of unleashing the walkers is unforgivable and callous, this is who he is though. I like his character but I no longer like him. If I was in that group, he cannot be trusted as far as I am concerned and honestly I would contemplate putting a bullet though his head.
That stated I look forward to S2.

I give it to AMC, they can force feed crap to an audience like Carl downing 110oz of out of date pudding.

What other show had a wrap-up show, FX's Sons of Anarchy, another poorly penned series reeking of desperation to keep their audience, determined to shape Kurt Sutter's nonsense plots into some semblance of packaged product ready for the masses.
Me thinks the only real tool here is you for being so bitter and negative...some people just gotta hate what others enjoy. Spewing venom does not make you right or valid. In my opinion most every hour drama should have a wrap up show(maybe more a half hour) to please fans. If you don't like don't watch but the after show is for fans not you so chill.

Having said that the first few episodes were rather weak to me but the last three (especially the last two) picked up nicely. I'm loving Strand...good or bad I like him since I don't really like the other characters all that much.

Anything to do with these zombies is not action packed. They are not a real threat. They are just fodder for people to drive pointy objects into.

I was bored and felt no tension at all.

One thing I was a little confused about was: Strand...
[Show spoiler] states he would need Nick and shows him the key and I believe gives Nick the key.. Then in yesterday's finale, Strand seems to panic because he could not find the key, then Nick shows him that he had the key... So did Strand forget??? Is this what Strand needed Nick for???? Does Strand have a memory problem??? I just found that key sequence confusing...

Nice pick pocketed the key from Strand. Showing that Nick was more then what he seemed.

I agree with this as well. I think once the Walkers came then his plan went out the window. I guess it helped though because all the troops were outside and they had less to deal with.

Question.
[Show spoiler]Does the whole group know Daniel is going to release the infected, did they agree to do this as a part of their plan collectively? Or did Daniel say he had a plan for getting the attention of the guards meaning he acted ALONE?

Really enjoyed the finale. I still see that some on here still like to over analyse a tv show!

That was a great episode, I certainly didn't have the problems with the season that some people seemed to have, looking forward to where season 2 takes us.

I enjoyed the season finale for the most parts.

The ending with Liza was tad sad but it didn't end in something remotely cliffhangerish as I would have hoped to keep people interested in season 2.

I still hate Travis and I hope he dies soon, such a weak character and so thick.

Maddie is growing on me as did Alicia somewhat in this episode.
