Sonny Boy and Ghost Warrior on BD at last? i enjoyed those since i rented them, Sonny Boy was a bizarre but yet different film that reminded me of Hills Have Eyes.

Anyone who liked those movies, throw away their bootlegs as those movies never had an official DVD or BD release.
Easy to say, hard to do, its not going to happen - and it is not for lack of trying

I just pre-ordered Ghost Story. I'm really looking forward to seeing this movie again for the first time in ages.

If I can find my Peter Straub novel in one of my box boxes, then I might just have to re-read it before the big day.

Speculation has it placed in rights hell due to the music, but it certainly seems feasible that it will be released at some point. Hopefully sooner rather than later. I love that film.
I would be even more excited for Tales from the Darkside than Tales from the Hood. I'm really hoping there's a chance that Shout can somehow get a deal going with Paramount after their deal with Warner Bros. is over.

I agree, imagine the possibilities of Scream getting a deal with Paramount after the Warner deal expires. Silver Bullet, Tales From the Darkside, April Fool's Day, and Pet Sematary 2.

I also understand that the Morgan Creek library is up for grabs, and Scream has already worked with them on the Nightbreed release. It would be great if Scream could get Bad Moon from them.

As far as Universal goes, I'd still like to see Tales from the Hood and No Escape.

Scream Factory has put out some good stuff in 2015, and 2016 could be even better.

The Boy Who Cried Werewolf should be released alongside Sssssss. My first solo horror double feature in the theater; my parents and grand parents all passed on seeing them with me.

I think Bad Moon has always been with WHV so that would make it unlikely..
Nightbreed was a favor by Warner to Clive Barker. They just dont sublicense

The DVD is only five dollars on Amazon right now, and I'm rocking out a one-month Prime membership trial, so this was a good time to go for it. I've seen the film many times in the past, but, for some reason, never owned a physical copy. It's truly one of the most outright scary films ever made.

So, if The Changeling is announced on Blu-ray by Scream or some other studio at some point soon, then y'all can all thank me. A simple "Thank you." will suffice, but I am always happy to receive money, Blu-ray gifts, cake, cookies, and such as well.
I watched my DVD of The Changeling earlier this evening, and thoroughly enjoyed revisiting this movie for the first time in years. It really is about as close to perfect as a horror film can be, and it's a fine example of how to convey terror without going over the top in a visceral way.

I hope that somebody can save this movie. The DVD looks decent enough, but I'd love to see a worthy high definition release.

Regarding Cherry Falls, maybe this is ignorant on my part, how is everyone so excited to find the uncut footage when the fact that it's so elusive suggests no one has seen it anyway? Are there degraded VHS copies floating around that could be included as an poor quality extra if nothing else?

I have the DVD (err... anyone want to buy it?), it's a cute idea but personally I think Cherry Falls is a bit overhyped.
