I Wish Kino could get some Richard Pryor classics like Which Way Is Up?

Just recently watched it for the first time and it's probably his best movie great soundtrack too.

We're thinking about doing some noir sets. Not yet confirmed.

The Phenix City Story is with Warner, as is most (if not all) of the Allied Artists catalog.

A very large portion of Allied Artists releases are with Paramount. Part of their Republic Pictures library.

I sit corrected. I had forgotten that some are controlled by Paramount, but I was always under the impression that it was very few AA titles.

At the risk of stating the obvious, you are really missing out by limiting yourself to English-language films.

Time, money and shelf space. I enjoy foreign language films, but I've decided for now that I don't need to own them. There are a few exceptions, and the Rohmer films would fall in that category for mostly personal reasons. He and Woody Allen were my favorite directors during the eighties and, when I went to Paris in '92, much of Paris already felt familiar to me because of Rohmer.

I'd love GIRLS TOWN (1959), but there are reports that it is with Lionsgate (which means we'll never see it on Blu-ray or DVD).

Thanks. I have a feeling it's Killer Force, since Walter mentioned wanting Peter Fonda to do interviews for several upcoming Kino titles.

I hope its Killer Force as the only DVD release was a very poor quality combo pack of action films, at least to my knowledge.

I'm a huge fan of Christopher Lee and would love to add this one to my collection. A great cast in this one also released as The Diamond Mercenaries I believe.
