CD/DVD wallets are always another alternative. I recently made the switch and personally am loving it. Just wanted to throw that out there, if you are truly annoyed by the blu-ray cases

Everyone once in a while, all I could get my hands on was a BD with a broken case, or with a sticker on the case that wouldn't peal off right. So at one point, I bought a pack of 10 Blu-Ray cases to quickly replace those cases.

IMHO, the cases with the doors are much better than the other style typically used by Warner, which just that fact probably indicates that the doorless cases are cheaper. Remember their old snapper DVD cases?

The doors are for studios that want to seal each edge or retailers that want them sealed. You know the ones that put stickers on every side? With the door they don't have to. And you've got fewer stickers to remove and likewise less sticky residue to clean off.

But what makes the case with doors superior is materials. Out of hundreds of discs, I've never had a case with a door arrive damaged or with the disc loose inside. They're much more durable and the spindles hold the discs better, without making them harder to remove. On the otherhand the cases used commonly by Warner and Fox frequently arrive damaged - probably 1 in 10 at least, maybe 1 in 5. Either the spindle is broken or the corner is busted.
