Question Bordello Of Blood And Demon Knight as a Double Feature Pack?!

Im not sure why Scream Factory released Bordello Of Blood And Demon Knight as separates i would assume they'd be a double feature pack for sure ... But the artwork and slipcovers are cool looking just wish i didn't have to shell out so much $$ for both those movies. Maybe in the future they could make a double feature available that would be nice

Not everybody imports from the UK. In fact, the majority of BD buyers don't solving having it out in the UK means nothing.

Especially since they are some of the less stacked "Collector's Editions" that Scream has put together.

I kind of regret buying Bordello of Blood. Didn't really like it when it originally came out and like it even less now. Not funny. Not scary. Not only pales but withers and dies in comparison to the exceptional Demon Knight.

I'll give you $15 for it right now. I'm one of the people that was excited about these two films being released as separates but have held off as I knew I was going to be coming into a stack of Wal-Mart giftcards and so I've just been waiting to place my order so I can get a bunch of collectors editions at once. If you're that unhappy with it though, I'd happily buy it off of you.

Demon Knight was a great movie but to me, it felt too serious to be considered a TFTC film.

Bordello of Blood was a lot lighter, and had a delightfully macabre sense of humour. Plus the ending felt like the end of a lot of episodes.

Still, both are great films and I enjoyed both a lot.

As much as I am "eh" about it, the completist / OCD and nostalgic parts of me just can't let it go.

I will say that the "making-of" featurette was very illuminating about why the film was basically a failure.

I wish Scream will take a page from Vinegar and do a sale to preorder every release for the upcoming year. Or bulk deals to buy all current releases

That's a good idea and it's something I think many members here will go for. Not liking this trend of ever-increasing prices. I spent upwards of $26 a piece for the Tales From the Crypt movies, which is about $4 above my comfort zone. Or, instead of getting them early if you order from their website, they should offer a bit of a discount instead. They'll make more money this way.

Those aren't even custom covers; they're the originals. I'm not sure I understand why they were posted.

I pre-ordered The Car and Nightmares directly from Scream Factory last night.

I'm looking forward to seeing The Car again, and I've got a good feeling about Nightmares.

Yes can't wait for this, hopefully we get a great documentary like the AoD one. Glad to finally be getting a definitive edition of this classic.

Talking Shout Factory/Scream Factory Yearly Subscriptions?

Like someone else has also mentioned on here i agree as well that Vinegar Syndromes Subscriptions For all releases at one lump some is definitely something i know lots of people would jump on .. But the amount of releases shout/scream puts out in comparison to VS is almost double to triple a month with more catalogue issued titles but nonetheless being a collector myself I would love to see this be available in the upcoming future.
