Doom 4 looks really gory with the close up attacks. Some very tough bosses I can imagine also.

I guess I may have gotten one, too. I got a popup notification about the Doom alpha, so that's probably it. I did not read it.

Supposedly went live 2 hours ago. Tried everything but it doesn't show up for me. Have to pack it in for the night, I'll check before work tomorrow.

After some reading on the net there is something going on with the PS4 download. I will give it a go in the morning.

I just checked and it's still not up. Press X on the notification and it takes you to the Doom alpha PS store screen, but there's no option to download.

Was something on their twitter that they know there is an issue, hoping to fix it asap. Didn't give an eta though.

and who the heck decided to do it the same weekend as the Uncharted 4 beta? Grrrr.

Things are really not going well for this at all, but I guess that is why it's a test. I finally got it downloaded and now I have been setting in the game lobby for about 20 minutes. I have seen 4-5 people drop in but then it kicks you back to the main menu when they do. I am going to give it a few more minutes and I am done trying for the night.
