Skye deserves to be there, given she is now Daisy Johnson/Quake. Bobbi Morse too if she completes her transition to Mockingbird in Marvel's Most Wanted.

No. They're the least important characters in this MCU. And why pad the character roster w/ characters that don't matter?

Only because they haven't been included in any MCU films yet. Agents of SHIELD is a part of the shared universe; that more than justifies their inclusion in an upcoming film IMO.

TV shows and movies should not cross over, that show is terrible and those characters are irrelevant. Coulson is literally the only one you could make a real argument for, and I still disagree with it. In the movie-verse he's dead. The "shared universe" aspect of the shows is marketing.

Before this gets blown out of proportion and leads to another ban, it was nothing to do with his race. I just don't find Mack as interesting as the other characters; he seems too much of a 'hard man' stereotype and a lot of the time he is just 'there'.

The AoS guys matter less than the Netflix guys. Even from a marketing standpoint.. they don't really matter. You put them in a trailer and they're just not impressive next to the Netflix guys. The TV shows in general don't matter. They haven't mattered since 2013. We're about to hit 3 years. And AoS still doesn't matter to the films. The show doesn't influence anything. It's just filler material for Disney to have the Marvel brand on regular TV.

Netflix guys... still don't know but based on how Perlmutter still handles that side... I don't think we're getting them in the films. At least not yet cuz of how it is. By IW... MAYBE... but that's stretching.

THIS. It's there for the brand marketing. AoS and the Netflix heroes don't matter. Again... MAYBE the Netflix heroes will matter. We're still early in that lifespan for them... but so far? They're just there.

I DETEST the AoS cuz it's crap but I liked Mack. He seemed to be the only one aside from Morse that got some care to them. The early AoS characters are just stereotypes by now.

Fair enough. I just think they could have created a better character for the actor.

They could create better characters for all of them. They're pretty much generic broadcast TV cliches.

Not sure I necessarily agree. Coulson, Skye, Fitz, Simmons, May, Bobbi and Hunter all seem well-characterised to me.

Yeah, he's already been announced for the film, between the deal with Marvel and Sony.

I'd like to see DareDevil, Cage, Iron Fist, and Jessica Jones all make an appearance, even if it's just them trying to protect New York and they aren't standing toe to toe with Thanos. I think those four from the Netflix series will definitely get their big screen debuts in these. It would be a missed opportunity otherwise.
