I just saw my HABS spank the SENATORS at home ... one of the best games i've ever been too . 5 goals and 4 fights in the game!! was incredible. Also , today marked the first day our new Scoreboard was introduced. massive is an understatement!!!

Nothing pisses me off more than Leafs fans who actually think that there's a chance of winning the cup.

Then again, you know your team sucks when: The expectation for the season is lowered to the point that JUST getting into the playoffs is an accomplishment in and of itself.

P.S. Sundin, make up your Frackin mind already, you said you'd have your mind made up by the draft day, then by the first day of the season, and now who knows when you're going to decide. I want that sort of action to be against the rules of the NHL, like when the Ducks Captain decided mid-season to come back and he had to get paid all that cash for sitting on his ass for the first half of the season. LAME. Get on with it Sundin, I used to think you were an OK guy and now I think you're a bit of a moron.

indeed jade. I'm pretty sure Sundin will do exactly what he said he wouldn't do which is join a team halfway thru the season. Although he might still surprised people and pick a team before season starts but i doubt it. He's going to probably wait and see how the LAFFS will do before he decides what his next move is.

hahaha , that thing is ridiculous. When they turned the lights off and i saw that shadow i was freaking out. Man i hope it doesn't fall!

I doubt it as well, if he was going to make a move before the season started we'd already hear the rumblings about him being in talks with people.

So far all I've got is a rumor that Murray is thinking about talking to him in Ottawa.

My only question is who would be gotten rid of in Ottawa in order to get Sundin?

i heard rumors and "rumblings" all summer long and nothing happened from them. That being said , Ottawa is a team that lacks confidence it seems like and plays horrible when their captain isn't in the lineup. Not to mention they lost some big guys in defense.

At this point i really see Sundin going back to the leafs or really just going to a contender team last minute but definitely won't be getting as much money as he could have gotten earlier in the season. Sundin here , sundin there is a just a broken record for me at this point and i'm glad the HABS don't have to talk about it anymore , hopefully the league stops as well and just announces it when it happens.

LOL. as long as your not a leafs fan saying that , no worries

. habs are a powerhouse. I"m not going to be like most habs fan and say that the cup is in the bag because we haven't started the season yet. I will say that the habs surprised a lot of people last year and they got A LOT better in the off-season. Kosty's brothers , plekanec, gorges will surprise a lot of people this year.

Edmonton will also be good this year. The habs are definitely the fastest team in the EAST and i'm pretty sure the oilers hold that in the WEST. Edmonton will make the playoffs this year.

Not yet, but I think my Blue Jackets might have been, lol. C'mon guys, you're the only NHL team to NEVER make the playoffs. Get it in gear! I have to keep supporting my original team (before there was a Columbus team) in the Penguins. At least they make a good show of things. And those last 4 games of the Stanley Cup series were amazing. Win or lose, each one came down to the last seconds. It was so intense I was praying for a 7th game (again, win or lose) just to keep that feeling going.

Not yet, but after the typical performance the other night in Pittsburgh I wouldn't be surprised.

Columbus is still new though, give them a bit of time at least.

The Pens made a good run, I was rooting for them but Detroit you gotta respect because they've been to the big show more often than not lately.
