Over the first month? Definitely. If you wait a little while longer, I suppose $19.99 isn't out of the question. But I'd be stunned if it dropped below that for a long time.

I buy region A BDs (and theoretically NA UHDs), and don't use subs myself for English or Scandinavian languages, but if I needed them for other languages I would like an option for Swedish. |

-Different release dates around world. -Studios want you to visit the cinema first or buy the Blu-ray aftwards in your own country -Countries that prefer dubbing and replace original audio, or other changes -A bunch of subtitles would encourage importing |

I can watch movies without any subtitles with no problem but family and friends can't. Quote:
Problem for me is, I can only import from the US or the UK and for some weird reason, Arabic subtitles are mostly available in Central Easter Europe releases! Why should I import Blu-rays from Czech Republic while the UK is way closer to the Middle East just for Arabic subs? |

For those in the U.S., you can get this for less than $20 shipped from Amazon.ca. Other 4k movies are around the same price, and you'll have to order a few to get it under $20 shipped. I don't know about timing though, or if the cover is bilingual, but for under $20 I'm in.

Just to be clear, I never said it was a promised feature. I just think with existing tech it shouldn't be hard to implement these types of additional downloadable content. A sub file is not very taxing either on download caps or internal memory. Hell if they can have different previews, a sub file should be easy enough.

It is just too much hassle to rip the movies to HDD, add subs and then play them back from the external HDD to the TV. And that doesn't work at all for 3D BDs without re-encoding. |
