Not arguing that. I am arguing the general statement that you will not see an improvement in BD video quality unless you go 1080p. So, BD on a 720p set will not look all that better than SD/DVD? Am I not understanding the original statement made?

Honestly thats not going to do much good for you as far as Video quality is concerned mainly because Bluray standard is 1080p which is the highest untill they come out wiht something beter then that
