Default BD-Live login password

Is there anyway of retrieving a forgotten BD-Live account password. I created an account when using the BD-Live features of Transformers but unfortunately forgot the password I used. I can still use the live features on this disc as login info was saved.

Now trying to login with Iron Man disc using the same user-id. I assume it is the same as for the other disc (otherwise having the create a seperate account for every DB-live disc you have would be REALLY STUPID!!!), but having forgotten the password have not been unable to do so.
Point 1 - there appears to be no way to retrieve passwords, or is there??
Point 2 - if a login can be remembered for one disc, why would this not work across other discs?
Point 3 - why doesn't the text entry interface not work with keyboard ?

Thanks for any help.

Sorry to slightly derail the thread but I just want to know one question.
what do you get when you create a BD-live account? I was watching Transformers on my PS3 and I decided to give the BD-l a try, and with this I could download all these features. but there is also a screen where you login or create a login I was wondering if you get more if you do this.

It is my understanding that each studio has their own BD-Live login requirements. I cannot confirm that because I have not tried any myself but I am sure that there are a few threads on this board which address this issue.

You do not need to log-in or register for Sony, Paramount, and Walt Disney BD-Live features unless you plan to participate in social networking features.

I.E. For Iron Man, you don't need to log in if you just want to play the selected scenes In-Movie quiz. [I[You do need[/I] to log in if you want to make a custom quiz for everyone to play.

Universal and Warner Brothers do require you to register for access to movie specific features. BD-Live is not on one server and it is not a shared log-in between releases from different studios.

That means, when you register for Universal; you also have to register seperately with a different account for Warner Brothers. You can not use the same log-ins for movies from different studios, only for releases from the same studio.

I.E. Once registered for Universal, you use the same log-in for all Universal BDs. Once registered for Warner Brothers, you use the same log-in for all Warner Brotthers BDs.

There is a password retrieval available on the disc or through the studio's website.

Please let us know where we can use this password retrieval on the Transformers disc.

THIS IS ONLY FOR PARAMOUNT BD-LIVE DISCS.

-YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REGISTER IF YOU ONLY WANT TO VIEW FEATURES.-

From the Blu-ray Disc:

1. Select User Login on the BD-Live menu page.

2. Select New Account.

3. You can now retrieve/reset your BD-Live account

From the Internet:

Follow this link: Paramount BD-Live Account Page
