Yeah once Network send the order to Sony to fulfill it will be on their system and they can tell you when an order is likely to ship etc. The problem is these orders have not been sent over and therefore Sony have no record of them.

At least they took the right amount! Two days and not a peep from them about my overcharge. Will now be disputing the transactions with my credit card company. Noticed you can still only pay by paypal. I wonder if there are more who have been overcharged by card payment so they have disabled it. Who knows what's going on.

It only seems to be orders placed between certain times on Saturday and Sunday. My 1st Saturday, Monday and both Wednesday orders have shipped while 2nd Saturday order is stuck in "payment accepted" limbo.

Ordered a copy of The Brink's Job (DVD) last night and it was shipped this morning.
Also ordered This Sporting Life (BD) and The Lady Vanishes (BD) this afternoon, and both were shipped just a minute ago. Decided not to go too crazy this time, as I still have a bunch of Network titles to watch as it is. Did commit to a few though, as it has not be 50% off their whole catalogue before now. Glad I missed the glitch the other day too, as I almost did order stuff when mention of technical problems were popping up on here. Hopefully they sort it out for all affected orders and dispatch them straight away! PS: Remember being a little frustrated that The Brink's Job wasn't released on Blu-ray as well. Knowing my luck they'll announce it later in the year and it will have been something of a pointless purchase (though I'm sure I'll be able to make the £3.50 back if I sold it on). |

So I have just this minute received a reply to my email sent on Tuesday and basically it's a copy of the statement issued on social media. Sigh. Ok so second edit. I received the email above in regards to my overcharge query and now I have just received a second email replying to wednesdays email to cancel my orders with yes you guessed it a copy of the same statement.
