Do you have a link to the pre-order. I'm not seeing anything on Amazon.co.uk except a bunch of already released versions. It's possible that Morgan Creek distribution in the UK is still with Warner, but I'm leaning more toward this not being the case.

For anyone interested, Amazon.com has new copies of Urban Legend listed (The US edition) for $18.99 currently. No idea how many copies are available but if you were interested in the title and missed out previously, some are currently available. (The UK edition is still cheaper, but for those that want no logo's, here's your chance).

Since it's Sony I am betting it's back in print, like Jason and the Argonauts and Starman before it.

It's currently being sold by a 3rd party but "Fulfilled by Amazon". I'm leaning more toward the idea that someone just had a case of them sitting somewhere and wants to unload them. The same thing happened with My Bloody Valentine '81 from Lionsgate earlier this year. I ignored that one assuming it was a mistake, but other users posted saying they received their copies so it was apparently legit.

Look again, Amazon has stock for $19.99. I do not think it was ever out of print, because as soon as it was listed here, I checked Amazon. Been the same price ever since.

Interesting. It was most certainly out of print when it was included on this list as I went searching for it everywhere at the time and all that was readily available (at an affordable price) was the UK edition. It would seem StingingVelvet was correct then and this no longer appears to be oop.

It was OOP... same with Can't Hardly Wait and a few others I can't recall off the top of my head. Can't Hardly wait also appears to be back in print too. I'm guessing they went and repressed them unlike the situation like Memento where a random box did seem to appear out of nowhere for a week or so.

I'm hoping this means we will see Dogma start showing up again.

Urban Legend - I agree, was definitely OOP at some point. Maybe they found extra stock laying around? It's still not available on amazon.ca except for 3rd parties at $50+. Ended up finding mine at a small local shop for about $15 when I got word it was OOP.

I'm also fairly certain that all the regular edition releases of all the Harry Potter movies are OOP. I checked them all on amazon and saw that they were being sold by third party sellers.

More than likely, it was a co-production between Warner Brothers and Morgan Creek so they are still able to retain the rights. Most of the other Morgan Creek films were just distributed by Warner Brothers, so that's why they are out of print.

Only Morgan Creek titles they self financed, and Warner acted as theatrical and home video distribution partner. All co-produced movies like Robin Hood stay with Warner.

Same thing happened last year with Regency, or now New Regency last year. Now Fox has that library, and kept alot in print.

Exactly, though from the looks of it, I think that might be the only one.
