Noticed a skip when watching Dr. No

Select scene 7 and fast forward to when Bond is in Strangways residence and he holds up a picture and asks: "Who's the man with Strangways"? Just as he says that there's like this slight skip in the scene. Not sure how else to explain it. Anyone else have this??

It's on the original DVD, too. It was likely just a bad piece of editing with the original film, which wasn't made on that great a budget way back when. It's likely that when they were filming the scene of Connery holding the picture, something went not the way they wanted, cut the scene, then did another take where the inspector walks into frame, and made a poor editing splice of the two takes, that's all. Nothing to be concerned about; it's not the Blu-ray. You can see that in a lot of movies.
