OK I need more than a few minutes. Can't seem to find the camera. I bet my old lady has it in her purse and she is not around. I will get some pics up as soon as I can.

Sorry guys I've been trying to post the pics for fifteen minutes. I can't seem to remember how I put pictures up here before. So here are some links for now. Once my old lady takes some good pics for me I'll put them in the theater pic thread............ for now some random shots.

I am wondering why you didn't buy the Dali Helicon S600 Subwoofer instead of the Earthquake subwoofer. The Dali sub is a perfect match for your main and surround speakers. It also has more WAF (wife acceptance factor).

P.S. If you change you mind about the Supernova, you can donate it to me and buy yourself a Dali sub. I will send you a tax deductible receipt for IRS.

I couldn't justify four grand on a sub to myself. I also wanted a smallish but powerful sub for the home theater half. In my personal taste I listen to more music than movies and I don't like a sub with music, the Helicon 800s have plenty of low-end for me. Besides that the wife has zero interest in what I get. I doubt she ever even enters my new room.

All of this equipment so far is for my next home where I can have a dedicated space and I will be buying a new AV cabinet, a projector so I have more space or a big ole plasma I can hang on the wall. I also want a few more amps and on and on.

I know the sub may stand out but I think it will blend in with my newer space idea. I plan to buy an old building and convert it into loft spaces with exposed brick and etc..... The house I'm in now along with my other two rental properties will be sold or I may keep them to lease.

Most of all I wanted to enjoy something for now and I wanted quality pieces I could keep around.

I tried to get a wide angle shot but I don't know how to work my wife's camera. I'm lucky she even let me touch it. I will get some good pics up for my gallery with the entire room lay out here soon. All my AV crap takes up a lot of wall space.

This "Old Lady" you keep reffering to, is she your mother or hated wife/girlfreind? Either way show more respect, don't talk down to family members online when they can't defend themselves. On a lighter note, nice set up and R.I.P Bernie Mac.

I'd love to hear an Earthquake sub. Preferably, I'd like to feel an Earthquake sub.

Usually "my old lady" refers to one's wife...and i don't really think he was trying to be disrespectful. He was simply suggesting the camera belongs to her and she probably has more knowledge on how to use it. And yes...RIP Bernie Mac-AKA---UNCLE BOBBY-B baby!

Trust me there is nothing mean spirited about saying my "old lady" and yes it is my wife. Perhaps you're using the "mean voice" while reading my posts. Try using a laid back voice.

I don't think it's fair for you to judge the dynamics of my relationship with my old lady. We have been together for the last 12 years and we both reserve the right to bust each other's balls anytime we see fit. Although I wasn't saying anything mean towards her. Maybe my vernacular confuses you.

I'll leave it at that and move on........... misunderstanding, yes!!!

Thanks for the compliment!!!

I thought when you said "Old Lady" you were most likely refering to your mother, not your wife. I've heared people call their mother "Old Lady" but never their wife. Could just be me.

It's no where close to where you live I'm near Youngstown, OH. on the PA. border near Pittsburgh but at least it's on the same side of the country. I'll shoot you a PM if you want to know where exactly.

Let me add there is nothing like being in the middle of a fan war between the Browns and Steelers so come prepared.

Still you are welcome if you are ever in the area or really bored. We can listen to Donnie Iris and I can teach you Pittsburghese. Or we can go see Kelly in Y O. Fun, fun, fun !!!

Are the Penguins going to win the Stanely Cup? They are my second favorite team after the LA Kings (no hope for them). Every night I dream about 1993-1994 and the Kings' missed opportunity in the Cup final against the Montreal Canadiens. I love Canada, but I hate the Montreal Canadiens. Sorry, I may have started a war. Please no hate mail from Montreal.

Forgive me. I may have made a mistake. I think I hate the Anaheim Ducks more.

It would be nice. I haven't watched hockey religiously since the Jagr and Mario days but I think if Fleury stays strong and Kennedy and Crosby are key to making that happen.

It would be funny if you could see and hear my mother watching the Pens. That women loves hockey. Her friends have season tickets and when they can't go they give her the seats (really great seats). So if you see some 64 year old German lady with a Pen's jersey jumping around on TV it might be my mom.

Even funnier I never get the other seat. Thanks mom!!! (kidding mom, I know I'm always working)
