I did the same just now. They've been kind enough to give me the difference back on a few steelbooks despite them being outside the adjustment window. Fingers crossed they do it again.

I was able to place an order. Only the Batman version was available for shipping but only for about 10 minutes.

Thanks guys!! Im glad I decided to check back in this thread. Just called BB customer service and got a $13 refund per cover! $26 total

Just got denied via a phone call to customer service. She said since it was outside the return window, the system would not process the adjustment.

For the people who were successful, are you Elite members? Isn't the return window for elite and elite plus longer?

Did you access chat through the Best Buy app? I tried and they said that they no longer have the ability to provide adjustments on orders. Are most people that are able to get refunds receive their item(s) through shipping within the 15 day period?

Damn! That's what I was thinking. My elite ended in June so I went back down to basic status and the regular return window. That's great for the people who can still get adjustments. $16.99 is a great price for that steelbook.

No. I don't give Best Buy much business. Only for some steelbooks.

I didn't realize it's been 26 days. When I got my Hateful Eight steelbook adjusted, I was at 17 days. So, I'm not gonna be "that" person and raise a stink over this. Personally, I don't mind paying full price and supporting this movie. It's my favorite so far this year.

Still 14 days in-store if you're not at Elite status.

Yup I'm an elite member so he said they would do it since it's within the 30 day period.

I also have 2 other copies that I bought at another store that I haven't gotten price matched yet. I'm debating on just returning them for a full refund. I don't really need 4 copies.

I would love to help out a member, which is the main reason I've held onto these extras for so long, but in order for me to not lose money, I would have to sell it for like $40. I paid $32.xx after taxes and priority shipping in a box might even put it over $40 total. It's honestly a few dollars cheaper if you bought it on eBay.. A quick search turned up that they're going for about $37 shipped.

Uh...why not get them ALL price-adjusted and sell them to other members?

They could have price matched all the copies you bought. All the purchases are saved in your rewardzone so it wouldn't have been that hard for the CR to look for the other purchases.
