They planned the codes to work as part of a world-wide launch. Now that the launch is regional, they're probably holding off on activating them until all regions get the game.

As someone else mentioned, not sure that it's so much that the codes "don't work" just that they haven't been activated.

The spacesuit and the week 1 shirt are probably going to be adjusted to cover the launch snafu so those aren't too big of a surprise.

Not sure why the gamestop codes haven't been activated yet, but they may have just decided to turn things on in pieces. I noticed the game patched for me on Sunday before the servers were even up, so maybe they are just being through on how the roll out each piece.

Better that we get our code items later this week than it get goofed up for some reason.

The code for Civ:Rev took several months to show up for the purchase bonus stuff, so this seems pretty darn quick by comparison.

Have they said how people will get the spacesuit download? Will it be just in the PSN, or do you get a code from them somehow?

I was wondering about that too - but if they push it to the store then I think anyone could get it - with or without the game. I know I did that with the Deadspace suit just in case I bought the game at some point.

I kinda assumed that it would be a temporary patch or something.

Have fun! I've still got 3 hours (and then dinner and the 2 year old and stuff), but assuming my wife doesn't want to get started playing tonight (which isn't a safe assumption) I think I'm going to try and work on the tutorials tonight so I can get through them all and start tinkering with my first level.

already at 34% trophies. that level i created is a hit! SWEET!

going to edit the level at some point tonight to also contain a 100x multiplier so that you can gain 1Million points for a silver and also sack bird... which doesnt seem to unlock too well in my current level. the other 4 trophies unlock like a dream.

cant wait to play with some of you (if not all of you) we've got to get on at some point this week!
