Here it is.

If more than 50% of the critics thinks that this movie does not live up to the classic, the remake is discarded to the dumpster. Also if more than 20% of the critics believe that this movie does harm to the original, the movie is discarded.

Section 6: CGI is banned from all classic remakes. Period.

Section 7: A movie based off of a video game must be based off a video game that received at least 1 90% or higher on Metacritic. Uwe Boll is not allowed to produce, write, direct or even serve food at the buffet on any of these movies.

Section 5 is pretty rugged....but it would work
