well, this sucks...
Twilight Zone season one is packaged and ready to go, the other 4 aren't.
I have no idea when I'll receive any of them. I was hoping to get them all by tuesday at the latest.

Hours was late as well.

well i had used my visa card a week ago for american werewolf in london remastered bluray and this past weds on double feature bill and ted excellent adventure and bogus journey bluray<-apprently i'm going to get this tues since monday holiday meh

Why all the complaining about free shipping? If you didn't pay for expedited shipping (or anything at all for shipping) just relax a little. Seriously people.

lol right? I mean there is something called patience which I forgot today's people lack sometimes. Free shipping imo is always better then paid shipping.

Probably because the Bull Moose rep right in this thread said that they mail out their new releases in time for people to get on release day, regardless if it was free or not.

Amazon and Best Buy also say the same thing. We know how that works lol. Sometimes the mail is late.

I would just like to say that this website is fantastic. After visiting this thread and reading all the good reviews, I decided to try out Bullmoose for myself. I ordered the iron giant blu ray and all 8 of the newer Harry potter blu rays that came out on Tuesday. Iron giant was about $10 and so we're all the Harry potter movies, which is the cheapest I've seen them, and it was around $89 for the whole thing, with free shipping. Now, I placed my order on Tuesday, and I received it on Friday. And I live in Missouri! That's the fastest delivery I've ever gotten! Everything was in tack and it came in a nice box with all the correct movies. I was blown away by how cheap the prices were and how fast the delivery was for this company. I will definitely be using Bullmoose again in the future, and if the Bullmoose employee on this forum reads this, thank you.

You understand they have multiple stores, correct? They may be coming from different locations. And, don't forget, Monday is a federal holiday, so the likelihood of getting them Tuesday is out, even if you paid for expedited shipping.

For the record, when I order from Amazon (and I am a Prime member), I rarely ever get stuff on release day. It mostly comes one to two days later.

To the Bull Moose rep: Is this the best you can do on a price for this? Normally you beat Amazon and Best Buy by $2 to $5 or more dollars but Best Buy currently has this for $27.99 so I may order from them if you aren't able to do better on the price. Thanks!

Yeah, the non-LE, which Best Buy has for $22.99.

I've noticed that Bull Moose tends to first list items at a higher price, then lower them, which I hope they are doing in this case.

Why exactly are you paying to be a Prime member then? I've been a Prime member for the past three years, order new release movies every week and I think that maybe one time I didn't get them on release day.

I saw that Creepshow 2 went up shortly after I asked about it in this thread. I'll wait a little longer to see if the price goes down. Diabolik and Barnes & Noble are currently cheaper also.

I've got some one day early, some on release day, some a few days after release, and another I've waited until the weekend to get.

Lately I've been getting their orders the Monday before release. Really prompt shipping so far. Amazon can learn a thing or two about it - what they charge for Prime, Bull Moose does for free (if you order over $30).
