Meh, Black Hawk Down was in 5.1 here in the states and was originally mixed/intended to be in 5.1 so I am more than happy with it.

I don't quite understand the excitement of 7.1 tracks when the same effect can be had at home from a 5.1 with a pro logic mode. The tracks the studios have are 5.1... they are just creating fake rear channels.

Until the entire pipeline is done in 7.1, I can't see a reason to get excited about a 7.1 track vs a 5.1 -- that's not to say 7.1 speakers are necessarily pointless (although I wouldn't spend money on 7.1, for what it's worth), it's just that your receiver can do it with any 5.1 track.

However, BHD looked and sounded terrific, so enjoy that!
