As for the B2G1, I specifically asked about how the $1 item is chosen and was told that the computer matches up similarly priced titles into 3s and gives you the third for $1. So, if you have 3 $5 items and 3 $4 items, 1 $5 item will be $1 and 1 $4 will be $1. My experience has born this out.

The easiest example to give would be my experience during the B1G1 $1 sale recently. I purchased 20+ $5 and $4 items, but also purchased the Argo Declassified Extended Edition priced at $23 and 300: The Complete Experience priced at $17. And with Argo and 300 being the 2 most expensive items easily, indeed, 300 was discounted down to $1, being grouped with Argo for the purposes of promo pricing.

I guess the B2G1 is a moot point then since I used the coupon (no, I'm not a backstage pass member), but it's good to know that info for the future. The FYE I visited is across town (and the only one in the state if I am not mistaken). So I've actually never been there before but decided I'd check it out today, which is why I have no idea how their B&M policies work Thanks.

i was able to get a Platinum Backstage pass for free yesterday for being Military, that was pretty cool.

i picked up the Nutty Professor set for $6.99. it was on the back wall with the boxsets.

Wow, so there is still hope for finding this set! I have a couple of 25% off receipts that expire 11/16 I need to use. I'll be looking for this, WFRR and probably pickup Waxworks double set later today.

Any particular reason why WFRR rang up 9.99 for me? I saw everyone else here get it for 6.99 I grabbed the last copy with slip that had the sticker for corrected discs the other didn't have a corrected disc sticker or slip

Maybe the price went up. I know when I got the Hangover Trilogy set it was $7.99 and soon after a week or so later. I saw it marked at $9.99.

That is a bummer it went up. Probably still worth it for $10, though. I was hoping to head out there tomorrow as I just got back in the country. Oh well. I know I'll still go look for it at least.

Found the last Who Framed Roger Rabbit, it had the $6.99 sticker but rang up at $9.99 but I push back a 'lil bit for $3 off. They were super hesitant to honor sticker price. Picked up Waxwork I & II with 25% off coupon, still a pretty hefty price I feel. Also, got Constantine for a few bucks with the 40% off. I really have a hard time buying used so I struggled with this purchase lol. I used to have it and it disappeared so I tried to justify buying used with this in mind.

In my experience, FYE never budges on scan price unless the scan price is less than stickered, then they freak out and double check (ex. Spartacus complete series, Terminator: Genisys w/skull). I feel like a douche having to push back but I'm just used to the other location being much nicer in general. This location once accused me of placing a $5 price tag unto Star Trek: Final Frontier since it rang at $19.99 despite every other BD in the series being price marked at $5 also at the time. It really is weird how pricing can be so different on the other side of town for same items also.

I'd be curious to hear if that indeed works. I tried to use a 25% off receipt-coupon on my $6.99 WFRR, but I was told that I couldn't because it was "not valid with any other offer" and the sticker mark-down counted as an "other offer".
