The tracking for my second package just updated. It's still in Kentucky. How does that even happen? Two packages are sent to the Kentucky facility at the same time from the same source, one makes it to my state on Friday and is delivered on Saturday, the other is still in Kentucky on Monday.

It says that you've made it way too easy for people to find you on other sites. In this case, your self-promotional signature appears to have been the culprit. It's also not terribly smart to reveal your real name online, but you've done that multiple times.

And they're really not wrong when they say you can't spell or write worth a damn. If "Kip's Scripts" is legitimately yours and in any way indicative of the quality of the writing in your scripts, I can tell you without hesitation that you should give up on the dream of ever becoming a professional screenwriter.

Rather than repeat myself, I'm going to copy and paste what I've said to and about the other untalented fan fiction writers I've encountered:

It's fascinating how so many people without even a shred of talent think they're capable of writing something that a significant amount of people would actually pay to read (or watch, in the case of screenplays.) I mean, think about how many people have the ridiculous notion that they can quit their job to write the "Great American Novel." It's like they don't understand that being able to write is just like being able to draw or sing - you have to be born with the gift.

It's like singing or painting - it can be sharpened over time with enough learning, knowledge, and practice, but you need that innate talent as a foundation. You can't make yourself be talented in an area where you have no talent. I can take singing (or art, or writing) classes/lessons for decades and never come close to being able to sing (or draw, or write) as well as someone with real talent and absolutely no training. That's just the way it is. It's an art and to treat it as if it's something akin to learning to ride a bike or tie your shoes - that it's something that anyone can master with enough time and effort - is both ridiculous and insulting to those with real talent.

Stephen King, for example, didn't become Stephen King simply because he studied hard and took a lot of writing classes. He was talented at telling stories since he was a small child and honed his natural abilities in college.

Not everyone can be a writer. In fact, most people can't be. It's nothing to be ashamed of, any more than it would be to not be able to sing, dance, or draw well...

You're probably better off. The sites that do allow - or even encourage - political discussion are usually wretched hives of scum and villainy. It kinda goes with the territory.

Apple are off their damn rocker. They are releasing a book of 450 pictures of their products over the past two decades. This book will retail for $200 for the small one and $300 for the larger one. What? This is just a coffee table book. Similar books usually run $80 range sometimes low $100 range... of course Apple charges double that for the "cheap" one. The book will sell though. Gosh I wish I had the bank account they have.

Also I've seen on social media all the Avengers actors are against it too and held up signs for it.
