Yes, The Horror Show has already been released by Scream Factory, and im guessing they didnt bother trying to add 4 due to rights issues. I dont believe the Horror Show ever had the House label in the US.

Nope. The Scream disc is the shorter cut only though, I believe, so there's still a reason for owners to import the UK set in addition to the TV movie.

Yes, as in the Horror Show has been released by scream in the US, i never said dont import the UK boxset due to the uncut claim. If you are region free the UK one is the way to go.

Any idea why this hasn't popped up on Amazon UK yet for pre-order?

Alfredo Garcia took weeks. It's not always instant.

I do find it odd that the U.S. set is up on Amazon in the U.S. but Amazon U.K. still doesn't have a listing. Perhaps Arrow submitted both at the same time but Amazon U.K. is just taking a bit longer to follow through.

Yep, Amazon UK sure has long delays (was it always like that?). Eureka's FRIGHT NIGHT took more than 2 weeks to be up...

I was looking for this on amazon last night to pre order but couldn't find it, I think I will just order it from arrow. £44 is a bit much though.

It would be cheaper to order through Arrow as the US listing on Amazon is only for the first 2 movies. If you order through Arrow you get all 4 movies for $5 less

The Amazon price will obviously come down though. Also it will surely be on Amazon UK eventually.

Holland Think quit a will

Just pre-ordered my UK House Collection today for € 48.54
Thought a long will before I placed an order( It's pricey), but when you think it's just € 13.50 per movie and I mist out on the Scarlet Box of Hellraiser
You think hey he can't count, but here is the the suprise.
Zavvi has a 10% discount if you order 2 pre-order. So waited until the last day I AM SO SORRY to try it out. And what you know you getting 10% discount on each of them. I thought it was only for the both of them together.

So I also ordered RAISING CAIN, because I like dePalma films. I reached for Eureka's FRIGHT NIGHT, but that comes out in April 2017 and wait that long for that.

If you still intrested go to Zavvi now for the
10% discount if you order 2 pre-order just type TOP2017

You can get some title's a littlebit cheaper like
Pieces; Fright Night; Doctor Strange;Bring me the Head of Afredo Garcia;Creepy;Nocturnal Animals;Pulse;Kubo ect.

A FINE & HAPPY NEW YEAR 2017

It's a hidden message telling me to just go with the US set.

What Amazon UK are doing with Arrow releases, no clue! I pre ordered when it appeared on Zavvi, i hated Zavvi when i was in England, but alas not much of an option with this.

The obsessive completist in me just can't pull the trigger on the U.S. set knowing that there's a complete version available from the same company in the U.K. It'd sit on my shelf, forever taunting me with the fact that it's only half of the series.

I don't have that disease thank God. At least not when it's not a favorite series of mine. House IV sounds like trash and the third one has an American release under it's real name. I'd be good.

Though if Amazon ever puts the damn thing up for a reasonable price I'll probably be dumb and get it.

Unfortunately, I'd put money on the Arrow release being the same trimmed version, as the commentary is the same from the Anchor Bay set and Arrow hasn't responded to questions about it being uncut. It's the only one I actively want, so it's disappointing, but I've kept my pre-order. I doubt Warner will do anything with it in the U.S., and, while I'd prefer a solo release, the first three are decent enough that I don't mind them as a bonus.

It's a new 2K scan, so there's no reason for them to release the cut version. It's a 7-second cut and it would be easy to insert silence to make the commentary work - the commentary may have even been recorded for the uncut version before the film was submitted. I'd be very surprised if Arrow released a cut version.

Hope so. I'd love to be proven wrong. The fact that they ignored questions about it being uncut struck me as odd, since you'd figure they'd want people to know it is rather than have doubts. Like I said, still have mine ordered either way.
